Wrong Aspect Ratio in Final Cut Pro

Sometimes working with 16:9 aspect ratios can cause problems, especially when moving video from Final Cut Pro to iDVD. The problem seems to be from exporting to Quicktime from FCP. If a video that should be 16:9 comes out as 4:3 after export, I have a little trick for fixing it.

lost 3 hrs worth of encoding because iDVD puts up a dialogue box with 1 option: cancel. All it takes is an accidental bump of the spacbar. #
